The renovation of the Olaya Hotel is rolling out in carefully orchestrated phases. This hotel is located in the heart Al-Khobar City in Saudi Arabia. This includes a 9 story building with a food court, entertainment spaces and a night-market, and a total of 82 Suites.

The challenge of the design was that this was a complex building with traditional design which need to be convert to a modern and contemporary design, and since some of the spaces were already built, the team had to rebuild while considering the building cost shouldn’t exceed the budget considered.

Though the request to design large SPA facilities were fulfilled: a swimming pool, gym facilities were designed on the ground floor.

The luxury hospitality sector has really strict rules. It’s not only about a sophisticated style idea, posh furniture and a fancy atmosphere, but rather about the high quality of life and the way guests get the feeling that they are identified and valued.

The final product will reveal a hotel that artfully blends contemporary and classic styles. Modern amenities will marry with original design elements providing guests with both the most up to date technological innovations and an ambiance that captures the romance of a bygone era.

Commissioned to be the ones who spend tribute and take the legacy of the legendary Arabic traditional to a whole new level, Comelite Architecture Studio Victoria Dennis, Mary Lakzy and their colleagues have managed to produce a sophisticated globe that exudes warmth. On top of this, the hotel’s unique textural harmony and subtle balance has been accentuated by valuable wood and the exquisite beige marble from Poland, and plenty of teak and oak.

Located on a private street with fashionable buildings, the Olaya hotel stands out with its original 18th-century facade that has been clad in white marmorino stucco. Upon getting into you set yourself in a various planet defined by serenity and relaxation.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”22px”]The cafe bar and the lounge locations are the heart of the hotel’s social scene.

The newly designed lobby is a terrific space for guests to gather and relax.

All standard rooms are spacious, made with neutrally toned shades and materials, have sparkling marble bathrooms and incredibly comfy beds.

The suite are just as precious and as incomparably stunning as the hotel brand’s namesake watch. Their modern interpretation tells the story of uncompromising excellence, satisfying even the pickiest.

Another place you’ll surely devote lots of time is the sumptuous and elegant gym and spa – a refuge for the physique and the spirit, bathed in contemporary wellness.

Why websites should all be using video

Video continues to grow in popularity as a provocative way to share information online. When it comes to promoting and selling products or services, a video — or a series of them — can help spell out details, imbuing them with cinematic dimension.
Defining and describing a product or service is a common rationale for using video. Literally, the nuts-and-bolts mechanics of an object can be elegantly represented in a video.

Here are current examples of way that you can use videos well, to enhance the impression of what they’re offering.
You can invite prospective customers to view a short film in your homepage. The video can show a scenario, starring your product as an integral part of a workflow involving common roles, clearly labeled: designer, project manager, and client.
Video can be used to virtually provide a product demonstration. An online video tour can show off your product’s features. A video acting as a background. For example when your customers view a product from your website, they can see a video playing behind its description. The video, acting as a background, allows the viewer to gain an idea of the speaker’s scale.
Using video as TV ads. Certain product areas of their website have sections dedicated to showcasing videos. For example the page for the iPhone 6 displays multiple cues directing users to relevant videos. These include product videos, the TV ads, and the specific keynote speech where the product was first introduced.

Conclusion
Beyond demonstrating functionality, video can help visitors visualize character of a brand and imbue an appropriate mood. Some videos seek to convey the idea of a modern, comfortable home. Apple’s videos famously promote the simple elegance of their products. The videos for Harvest and Pencil show professional people hard at work in pleasant environments.
Every video will help to evoke a tone, crafted to align with the company and their identity or image. When used as part of an expression-making toolkit, video provides another opportunity of discovery, adjacent to other complementary ways of displaying information and visualizing a narrative voice. Videography is a companion method of communication to copywriting, photography, and illustration. What differentiates videography is the potential for moving image and sound to galvanize positive impressions.
With Comelite all your videos request will come true. Comelite offers a picture-perfect unification of business experience, first-rate techniques and developed project ‎management procedures to lead our clients to their business success.
Working closely with our clients, Comelite produces state of the art and contemporary video content through an ‎extensive variety of styles suited for the target audience.
